Yuan Quan (The Source)
Yuan Quan is a new restaurant in South West China. Jonathan was invited to design the whole space and create several new art pieces for the walls.
The whole feel was an attempt to capture the sense of hope and redemption that those setting up and working in the restaurant have experienced in their own lives. In just over 4 weeks an almost derelict former brothel was transformed into what one local visitor called, 'a restaurant like no other in this city'!
